Responsibilities
- Adhere to healthcare regulations such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Carry out LPN-level clinical duties with proficiency, including proper medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment decontamination.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation in line with organizational protocols.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with physicians, assistants, coordinators, and staff regarding daily clinical and surgical operations.
- Record patient chart notes for clinical and surgical procedures with precision.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service consistently across all interactions.
- Follow established policies and procedures to promote favorable patient outcomes.
- Support patient retention by enhancing care quality and the overall patient experience.
- Provide assistance across all areas of clinical and surgical operations.
- Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability when working with individuals of varied personalities.
- Complete additional assignments and responsibilities as assigned by clinical leadership.
