Responsibilities
- Maintaining adherence to all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA
- Executing nursing duties with clinical proficiency, such as administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and disinfecting and sterilizing equipment
- Accurately and promptly completing all required documentation according to company standards
- Effectively communicating with the team, including physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Coordinators, about the daily clinical and surgical schedule
- Properly and accurately documenting clinical and surgical chart notes
- Delivering the highest standard of patient care and service at all times
- Following policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Enhancing patient retention by providing excellent patient care and experience
- Assisting in various aspects of a clinical and surgical environment
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and working well with diverse personalities
- Taking on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership Members
