Responsibilities
- Adhere to healthcare regulations such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines.
- Carry out nursing duties with demonstrated clinical proficiency, including accurate medication administration, proper sterile field setup, and correct equipment disinfection and sterilization.
- Complete all necessary documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on time according to organizational standards.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and other team members regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules, while anticipating needs effectively.
- Record clinical and surgical chart notes with precision and completeness.
- Deliver the highest standard of patient care and service at all times.
- Follow established policies and procedures consistently to support favorable patient outcomes.
- Support increased patient retention by delivering exceptional care and an outstanding patient experience.
- Provide assistance across all areas of clinical and surgical operations.
- Demonstrate professionalism, emotional maturity, and the ability to collaborate with individuals of varied personalities.
- Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as directed by clinical leadership.
