Responsibilities
- Adhere to healthcare regulations such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines.
- Carry out LPN-level clinical duties with proficiency, including proper medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment disinfection and sterilization.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately, on time, and in alignment with organizational standards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and other team members regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules and anticipate needs effectively.
- Record clinical and surgical chart notes with accuracy and completeness.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service consistently.
- Follow established policies and procedures to support favorable patient outcomes.
- Support patient retention by delivering superior care and an excellent patient experience.
- Assist across all areas of clinical and surgical operations as needed.
- Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability when working with individuals of varied personalities.
- Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assigned by clinical leadership.
