Responsibilities
- Adhere to healthcare regulations such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Carry out LPN-level clinical duties with proficiency, including proper medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment disinfection and sterilization.
- Accurately, promptly, and completely document all required records according to company protocols.
- Maintain clear, daily communication with physicians, Medical Assistants, Patient Coordinators, and other team members regarding clinical and surgical schedules, while anticipating needs.
- Properly and precisely record clinical and surgical chart notes.
- Deliver the highest standard of patient care and service consistently.
- Follow established policies and procedures to support favorable patient outcomes.
- Enhance patient retention by delivering exceptional care and a positive patient experience.
- Support all areas of clinical and surgical operations as needed.
- Demonstrate professionalism, emotional maturity, and the ability to collaborate with individuals of varied personalities.
- Complete additional assignments and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership.
