Responsibilities
- Adhere to healthcare regulations such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Carry out LPN-level clinical duties with demonstrated proficiency, including proper medication administration, sterile field setup, and correct equipment disinfection and sterilization.
- Accurately, completely, and promptly document all required patient and procedural information per company guidelines.
- Maintain clear, daily communication with physicians, Medical Assistants, Patient Coordinators, and other team members regarding clinical and surgical schedules, anticipating needs as appropriate.
- Properly and precisely record clinical and surgical chart notes.
- Deliver the highest standard of patient care and service consistently.
- Follow established policies and procedures to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Enhance patient retention by delivering exceptional care and a positive patient experience.
- Support all clinical and surgical processes as needed.
- Demonstrate professionalism, emotional maturity, and the ability to collaborate with individuals of diverse personalities.
- Complete additional duties or projects as assigned by Clinical Leadership.
