Responsibilities
- Evaluate adult patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities in home environments and implement individualized rehabilitation programs.
- Instruct patients and caregivers in home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, and strategies to prevent re-injury.
- Maintain precise clinical records and work with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure effective patient outcomes.
