Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom.
- Serve and feed patients according to their dietary needs.
- Assist patients with interpersonal relationships and facilitate the adjustment to living environments.
- Clean and maintain patient environments, including changing bed linens.
- Monitor and record vital signs like blook pressure and temperature.
- Help patients with mobility, including transferring them between wheelchairs, beds, and other seating.
- Turn and reposition bedridden patients to prevent bedsores.
- Provide basic physical assistance and support to patients.
- Report any health concerns or changes in patients' condition to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Assist in coordinating staff schedules and weekly patient assignments sheets for individualized patient care.

Additional Information
- May be required to travel short notice, or to serve in various medical units within the region or location.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English to effectively communicate.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card is required.
