Anduril Industries is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide remote telehealth therapy to children, teens, and young adults in Maryland. You will join a mission-driven team focused on delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using secure telehealth platforms.
- Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop client-driven treatment plans.
- Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and a supervisory team.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in our EHR system.
- Support families through education, tools, and ongoing care coordination.
- Target delivering 15-36 clinical sessions per week.
What We're Looking For
- Must hold an active Maryland license: LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LMSW.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote telehealth environment.
- A demonstrated passion for serving children, teens, and young adults.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
