Ethos is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist-Maryland

DriveWhip is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide remote telehealth therapy to children, teens, and young adults in Maryland. In this role, you will conduct assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and coordinate care as a vital member of our remote clinical team.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via a secure telehealth platform.
• Conduct client intakes, assessments, and create client-driven treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and the supervisory team.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical notes in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination.
• Target 15-36 billable sessions per week.

What We're Looking For

• Must hold an active Maryland license: LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LMSW.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Genuine passion for serving children, teens, and young adults.

Nice to Have

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

• Compensation: $45-$65 per billable hour, based on license type.
