Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LPC) to provide consistent therapy services to individuals across West Virginia. This is a fully remote position where you'll work independently within a structured telehealth model, performing evaluations, delivering therapy, and monitoring client outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Conduct intake assessments and identify treatment priorities
- Deliver virtual therapy to a diverse caseload of clients
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Coordinate care and consult with other professionals when required
- Maintain documentation in accordance with clinical standards
What We're Looking For
- Licensed as a LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in West Virginia
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work
- Experience in community, telehealth, or outpatient behavioral settings
- Technically proficient and able to use EHR platforms effectively
- Organized, responsive, and clinically focused
