NOCD was looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LMFT/LCPC, Full time, Remote)

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will specialize in delivering effective, research-backed psychotherapy to people living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Using the secure NOCD video platform, you'll conduct clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses, and guide clients through personalized Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) treatment plans aligned with established clinical protocols.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality ERP therapy sessions remotely, ensuring consistent adherence to evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with clients to improve treatment engagement and long-term outcomes
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and monitor progress over time
  • Maintain accurate, timely records in the NOCD electronic health record (EHR) system

Professional Engagement

  • Participate in regular clinical consultations, training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Work alongside a network of providers to coordinate care and refine treatment approaches
  • Continue developing expertise in OCD-specific interventions and best practices
  • Uphold a practice identity centered on compassion, accountability, and client success

Operational Expectations

You’ll manage your caseload and schedule independently while meeting all documentation and administrative requirements. The role requires strong self-direction, clinical precision, and a commitment to ongoing learning. You must be licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC in good standing for practice in the United States and able to deliver ERP effectively through telehealth.
