As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will specialize in delivering effective, research-backed psychotherapy to people living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Using the secure NOCD video platform, you'll conduct clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses, and guide clients through personalized Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) treatment plans aligned with established clinical protocols.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ERP therapy sessions remotely, ensuring consistent adherence to evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with clients to improve treatment engagement and long-term outcomes
- Conduct thorough evaluations and monitor progress over time
- Maintain accurate, timely records in the NOCD electronic health record (EHR) system

Operational Expectations
