About the Role
The therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions using established clinical methods, working closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and support long-term wellness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations for new clients
- Deliver individual and group therapy using clinically validated approaches
- Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers for coordinated care
- Participate in regular supervision and team meetings
- Stay current with clinical best practices and advancements
- Support crisis intervention when necessary
- Educate clients and families about mental health conditions
- Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Assist in program development and service evaluation

- Respond to client communications within established timeframes
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops

- Coordinate referrals to community resources
