Foresight Mental Health is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our mission of improving access to high-quality mental health care. You will provide psychotherapy virtually, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans within our client-centered Philosophy of Care.
What You'll Do
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families virtually
- Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Complete timely electronic documentation within 72 hours
- Manage your caseload, including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances, and ensuring consistent attendance
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Clinical Psychologist
- Reside in a state where we operate (CA residency required for hybrid roles)
- Must not be opted out of Medicare
- Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices, including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
- Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools like Google Suite and Zoom
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable time management, attention to detail, and professional conduct
- Commitment to accessibility, cultural humility, continuous learning, and a client-centered approach
- Adaptability, critical thinking, and a team-oriented mindset

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and mental health nurse practitioners, within a supportive professional community.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: Full-time: $70,000–$110,000/year (based on caseload, minimum of 25 clients/week). Part-time (hourly): $50 USD (minimum 12 hours/week of availability required, average of 10-24 clients/week)

Work Mode
