What You'll Do
Deliver individual, family, and group therapy tailored to patient needs, with full clinical autonomy over session frequency and treatment planning. Work within a multidisciplinary care model, collaborating with psychiatric providers and clinical peers to support patient outcomes. Conduct psychological assessments when appropriate and maintain thorough clinical records, while a dedicated back-office team handles billing, credentialing, and collections.
Requirements
- Graduate degree from an accredited mental health program
- Active, unrestricted licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC in Florida
- Authorization to practice independently within the state
