As an Experience Manager, you will play a central role in bringing a premium automotive brand to life for visitors in Los Angeles. Your primary responsibility is to guide guests through immersive experiences, offering insightful introductions to vehicles and exhibits while fostering meaningful connections to the brand.
What You'll Do
You will welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth, tailoring interactions to individual interests and needs. You’ll lead walkthroughs of the studio environment, support the execution of events, and ensure every detail of the space aligns with the brand’s high standards. Your observations and guest feedback will directly inform improvements to the overall experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles within retail, hospitality, or similar service environments
- A genuine enthusiasm for automobiles and premium brand culture
- Strong interpersonal skills with a consistent focus on service quality
- Comfort with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
- Fluent English communication, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
Background in luxury retail, automotive, or high-end hospitality settings is advantageous. Additional language skills are a plus and may enhance guest engagement.
