OptiMindHealth is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide remote outpatient services to adult and adolescent clients. As a practitioner with full autonomy, you’ll design individualized treatment plans, lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions, and administer psychological assessments when appropriate—all from a fully remote setting.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy within an integrated care model
- Set session frequency and treatment duration based on patient needs
- Conduct thorough clinical documentation after each session
- Collaborate with physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other care providers
- Focus exclusively on patient care without administrative or on-call duties
Qualifications
- Graduate degree from an accredited mental health program
- Active licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Colorado
- Eligibility to practice independently in Colorado
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $85,000+, with potential for productivity bonuses. Additional offerings include medical benefits, CEU reimbursement, paid malpractice coverage, and generous paid time off. Clinicians enjoy flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no on-call requirements.

This is a fully remote position with operations based in Colorado. The organization is clinician-led, emphasizing coordinated care, professional growth, and long-term stability.
