This position involves providing high-quality teletherapy to individuals and families, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with clinical and ethical standards through secure digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth systems
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine client needs
- Develop, implement, and update personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members when appropriate
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings
- Respond promptly to client communications within set service standards
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training

Licensure Requirements
Applicants must hold current, unrestricted licensure in Florida as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Licensure must be in good standing with no active sanctions.
