About the Role
This position involves providing telehealth counseling and therapy services to individuals and groups. The professional will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions while adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group therapy via secure telehealth platforms
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments
- Develop and update personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Participate in clinical supervision and quality reviews
- Respond to client communications within established timeframes
- Engage in crisis intervention when necessary
- Adhere to state licensing board requirements
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Support client progress monitoring and outcome tracking
- Attend team meetings and trainings
- Follow documentation standards and deadlines
- Uphold professional boundaries and ethical practices
- Coordinate care with external providers as needed
- Complete required clinical notes within 24 hours
- Maintain active licensure in good standing
- Stay current with clinical best practices
- Contribute to program improvement initiatives
Nice to Have
- Three or more years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Specialty training in anxiety, depression, or PTSD
- Experience in teletherapy delivery
- Bilingual capabilities
- Certification in evidence-based modalities
- Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of integrated care models
- Training in cognitive behavioral therapy
- Experience with veteran or military populations
- Familiarity with EMDR or other trauma treatments

Licensure Requirements
Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted license as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC issued by the State of Florida. Out-of-state licenses are not accepted. License must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
