Responsibilities
- Collaborate as part of an integrated, interdisciplinary care team.

Education & Licensure
- Must have completed an accredited program and hold active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Arizona, with authority to practice independently.
- Licensure in Massachusetts or Colorado is preferred.
