We are seeking licensed mental health professionals to deliver compassionate outpatient behavioral health services remotely. As a core member of an integrated care team, you will provide individualized therapy to adolescents and adults while maintaining full clinical autonomy within a supportive, clinician-driven environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group psychotherapy tailored to patient needs
- Design treatment plans, including session frequency and duration, based on clinical judgment
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers, psychologists, and care coordinators to support holistic patient outcomes
- Conduct psychological assessments when clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation following each session
- Focus exclusively on patient care without on-call or emergency duties
Qualifications
- Graduate degree from an accredited counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy program
- Active licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Colorado
- Authorization to practice independently in the state
