Role Overview
OptiMindHealth is expanding its network of licensed mental health providers and seeking qualified clinicians for remote practice. This position is ideal for a licensed therapist who values clinical independence and patient-centered care. You will deliver evidence-based behavioral health services to adult and adolescent clients from the comfort of your home office, with no on-call duties or after-hours responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy tailored to patient needs
- Design treatment plans with flexibility in session frequency and duration
- Conduct psychological assessments when clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers, psychologists, and primary care clinicians as part of an integrated team
- Provide continuity of care exclusively for your own patient panel
Qualifications
Candidates must hold an active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of Colorado and be authorized to practice independently. Graduation from an accredited clinical program is required. Experience in outpatient behavioral health and interdisciplinary collaboration is strongly preferred.
Work Environment & Flexibility
This is a fully remote role with customizable scheduling between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. While the role supports clinicians in multiple states, licensure in Colorado is mandatory. The structure supports part-time or full-time engagement, allowing you to shape your clinical workload to fit personal and professional goals.
