TensorOps is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide therapy services to clients through the BetterHelp online platform. In this role, you will focus exclusively on client care while we manage administrative and insurance tasks.
What You'll Do
- Provide mental health counseling and therapy to adults, couples, or teens.
- Conduct live therapy sessions remotely.
What We're Looking For
- A fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) to provide therapy without supervision.
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
- 3+ years of mental health counseling experience.
- U.S. residency.
- A private and professional workspace for conducting sessions.
- A reliable Internet connection.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Excellent written communication skills.
