About the Role
The counselor will deliver clinical services to individuals and groups using telehealth technology, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and treatment protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via secure video platforms
- Assess client mental health status using standardized tools and clinical interviews
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate client care
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary
- Adhere to state and federal confidentiality regulations
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training
- Follow ethical guidelines set by licensing boards

Compensation

Work Arrangement
