Brave Health is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our telehealth program. In this full-time role, you will provide outpatient mental health services, working 100% remotely from home with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends. You’ll be part of a community health-centered organization driven by a commitment to expand access to compassionate, high-quality care.
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth
- Work in partnership with clients to achieve treatment goals
- Utilize comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
What We're Looking For
- Master's level degree and licensure (LCSW/LMHC)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- A work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
- Fluency in English
- Meets all background and regulatory requirements
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Spanish
- Proficiency in other languages

- Compensation: $80k-$89k base salary plus bonus
