Responsibilities
- Assess psychological well-being, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely records including diagnostic updates, treatment plan evaluations, and session notes following organizational standards
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic services and work collaboratively with a diverse clinical team to address unmet community mental health needs
- Apply innovative therapeutic techniques to support clients in reaching and surpassing their personal objectives
- Submit detailed session documentation in compliance with internal procedures and requirements
- Full-time clinicians must schedule a minimum of 32 weekly hours dedicated to direct patient services
- Collaborate with external providers, family members, employers, healthcare professionals, educators, and internal staff as clinically appropriate
- Participate regularly in clinical team meetings, supervision sessions, and professional development trainings
