Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution
Current, unrestricted license to practice independently as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
Proficiency in using electronic health records and completing clinical documentation
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proven ability to collaborate effectively and meet deadlines with initiative
Experience working with clients presenting a wide variety of mental health concerns
Eligibility to pass a background check confirming capacity to deliver safe care
Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients

Prior experience in community mental health, group practice, or private practice settings
Current credentialing or paneling with insurance networks
Fluency in more than one language
Specialized expertise in a particular area of mental health treatment

Starting salary between $70,000 and $85,000 annually
