Responsibilities
- Deliver remote counseling sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Perform initial clinical evaluations and continuous client assessments
- Create individualized treatment strategies aligned with client objectives
- Offer therapeutic support for issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and interpersonal challenges
- Assist clients in developing effective coping mechanisms and emotional management skills
- Ensure accurate and prompt completion of all required clinical records
- Uphold client confidentiality and adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations
- Recognize potential safety risks and implement appropriate clinical interventions
- Remain in compliance with Florida's licensing requirements for mental health counselors
