Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete clinical assessments and identify appropriate treatment needs
- Create and update treatment plans based on each client’s goals
- Use evidence-based counseling methods suited to the client’s presentation
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for telehealth care
Requirements
- Active Florida LMHC license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience providing counseling services to adults, families, or diverse client populations
- Comfortable delivering therapy through telehealth
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
