Responsibilities
- Provide online therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
- Complete client intakes and ongoing clinical assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Help clients build healthier communication and relationship skills
- Track progress and update clinical goals
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic system
- Follow all privacy, ethical, and legal standards
- Deliver care in a professional remote environment
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Florida LMFT license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
- Private workspace and reliable internet connection
