Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth counseling sessions from a private, professional remote workspace
- Provide support for relationship patterns, family stress, communication concerns, and individual wellbeing
- Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, and problem-solving strategies
- Prepare assessments, progress notes, and care plan updates
- Recognize when a higher level of care or outside referral may be appropriate
- Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and clear clinical judgment
Requirements
- Active Minnesota LMFT license in good standing
- Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensure
- Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role
- Comfort using electronic health records, secure video tools, and remote documentation workflows.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting individuals, couples, families, or clients with relational concerns is helpful.
