Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position Basics Location: Orlando, FL Setting: Remote / Telehealth Type: Full-Time Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary As an LMFT in this remote position, you will help clients work through real-life concerns such as family conflict, relationship stress, communication breakdowns, anxiety, grief, and major transitions. Your sessions will take place virtually, allowing you to provide structured clinical support from a private remote workspace. This role is a good fit for a therapist who values clear treatment planning, strong documentation, and practical client support. Key Areas of Work - Relationship and communication support - Family systems therapy - Individual emotional support - Couples therapy - Treatment planning and progress review - Telehealth documentation - Client education and therapeutic skill-building Responsibilities - Conduct therapy sessions with clients via secure video platform - Complete clinical assessments and intake documentation - Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and concerns - Help clients identify patterns affecting relationships and family functioning - Provide clinical support for stress, anxiety, grief, conflict, and adjustment concerns - Maintain accurate notes and records - Follow ethical and professional standards for LMFT practice - Manage a full-time remote caseload in a remote setting
