Responsibilities
- Assess mental health conditions, formulate diagnoses, and design or update individualized treatment plans in compliance with organizational standards.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality therapeutic services while working collaboratively within a team dedicated to addressing community mental health needs.
- Apply innovative therapeutic techniques to support clients in meeting and surpassing their treatment goals.
- Produce and submit session-specific documentation following established company procedures and timelines.
- Maintain a minimum of 32 weekly client care hours to meet full-time clinician requirements.
- Collaborate with external professionals, including medical staff, educators, family members, and internal colleagues, to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Participate regularly in clinical team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
