Responsibilities
- Assess mental health concerns, establish diagnoses, and develop and manage individualized treatment plans with consistent progress documentation, including updates to diagnoses, treatment strategies, and session notes in alignment with organizational standards.
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic services while working collaboratively with a diverse clinical team to address unmet mental health needs in the community.
- Apply innovative therapeutic techniques to support clients in reaching and surpassing their personal objectives.
- Produce and submit timely, accurate session records following internal protocols for documentation.
- Maintain a minimum of 32 weekly hours dedicated to direct patient care to qualify for full-time status.
- Collaborate with external providers, family members, employers, medical professionals, educators, and internal staff to coordinate comprehensive care when necessary.
- Attend and actively engage in all required clinical team meetings and professional training sessions.
