Role Overview
We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote clinical services to clients across Arizona. In this role, you’ll deliver telehealth sessions to individuals, couples, and families navigating personal and relational challenges, including anxiety, stress, marital conflict, and family dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual intake evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Lead therapy sessions focused on improving communication, emotional regulation, and relationship functioning
- Document clinical progress, session notes, and treatment adjustments in compliance with regulatory standards
- Address concerns related to marriage, parenting, life transitions, and mental health symptoms
- Coordinate with external providers or support networks when necessary for integrated care
- Maintain adherence to ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and state licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Active LMFT license in the state of Arizona
Compensation & Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with a salary range of $115,000 to $120,000 per year. The role supports flexible scheduling within a telehealth framework, allowing for autonomous practice while serving clients throughout Arizona. Full benefits are included.
