Responsibilities
- Provide client-centered teletherapy for adults seeking mental health support
- Provide support for relationship patterns, family stress, communication concerns, and individual wellbeing
- Develop treatment goals that are practical, measurable, and clinically appropriate
- Document assessments, interventions, client response, and progress
- Support clients through stress, mood concerns, life transitions, or relationship challenges
- Maintain a reliable schedule and professional remote session environment
Requirements
- Active Montana LMFT license in good standing
- Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensure
- Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role
- Experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, or major life changes.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting individuals, couples, families, or clients with relational concerns is helpful.
