What You'll Do
Engage in scheduled phone and virtual meetings with prospective clients to understand their financial protection goals. Present customized life insurance options based on individual needs and guide clients through decision-making. Follow a clear production process designed to maximize client interactions and long-term relationship building.
Stay current with regulatory standards and maintain all required licensing in good standing. Participate in regular training sessions and mentorship activities to strengthen skills and deepen product knowledge. Adhere to established performance benchmarks and contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must hold an active life insurance license in good standing
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Operate with professionalism, reliability, and consistent work habits
- Commit to ongoing participation in training and coaching programs
- Agree to terminate any existing appointments with outside insurance carriers
- Work exclusively within the agency’s operational and compliance framework
- Follow all production and procedural guidelines without exception
Preferred Qualifications
Holding active licenses in multiple states is an advantage and may expand client engagement opportunities.
