Assurance Network is seeking a motivated, independent Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent. This role offers you the opportunity to build and own your book of business non-captively with uncapped commissions. You can work 100% remotely or in-person, using provided tools and some no-cost leads to grow your practice.
What You'll Do
- Prospect daily through outbound calls using provided and self-generated leads.
- Handle and respond to inbound call opportunities promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and conduct client consultations (virtual and/or in-person).
- Assess client needs and present appropriate Life & Health insurance solutions.
- Clearly explain plan options and close sales.
- Complete applications and submit enrollments accurately and compliantly.
- Follow up consistently to maintain pipeline activity and maximize conversions.
- Generate referrals and cross-sell additional coverage when appropriate.
- Build, manage, and grow your personal book of business.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and production activity.
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Track daily activity and remain consistent with production goals.
What We're Looking For
- Active Life & Health Insurance License.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound sales opportunities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (virtual and in-person).
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Coachable and open to feedback.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM systems.
- Willingness to track activity and remain consistent with production goals.
