Brave Health is looking for a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to provide outpatient mental health services through our telehealth program. As a full-time therapist, you will work 100% remotely from home on a structured Monday-Friday schedule. We are driven by a deep commitment to transform lives by expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care, with a focus on Medicaid and Medicare populations.
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient mental health therapy services via telehealth.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for clients.
- Utilize comprehensive assessments to guide care.
- Work in partnership with clients to achieve their mental health goals.
What We're Looking For
- Master's level degree in a relevant field.
- Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or equivalent.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
- Fluency in English.
- Meets background/regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.

- Fluency in Spanish.
- Proficiency in other languages.

- $74,000-$81,000 base salary plus bonus.
