Responsibilities
- Offer virtual therapy sessions focused on safety, trust, and steady progress
- Support clients with emotional concerns, coping strategies, symptom management, and practical next steps
- Complete clinical intakes and ongoing treatment reviews
- Help clients strengthen coping tools and make sense of current challenges
- Maintain accurate records using electronic documentation systems
- Practice within licensure, ethical standards, and remote care requirements
Requirements
- Active Nebraska LIMHP license in good standing
- Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner licensure
- Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role
- Confidence managing treatment plans, documentation, and client communication in a full-time role
Nice to Have
- Experience providing counseling services in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, or community settings is helpful
