Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)| Full-Time Telehealth Position Location: Miami, FL Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This remote LCSW role focuses on providing consistent, meaningful therapy services to clients who need professional mental health support from the convenience of telehealth care. You will conduct virtual sessions, help clients understand patterns affecting their well-being, and guide them through practical treatment goals. The day-to-day work includes client sessions, documentation, treatment planning, and clinical follow-up. You will have the structure of a full-time role while working remotely with clients in a professional online setting. Responsibilities - Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions - Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations - Create and update individualized treatment plans - Provide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, adjustment issues, and relationship challenges - Document session notes, progress updates, and treatment changes - Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries - Respond appropriately to risk concerns or crisis situations - Collaborate with administrative or clinical teams to support continuity of care - Keep records organized and compliant with clinical standards Requirements - Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program - Active Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker license - Clinical experience providing therapy to adults, families, or varied client populations - Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and documentation - Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records - Reliable internet connection and private workspace - Ability to work independently while staying clinically organized - Excellent communication and professional judgment Benefits - Annual salary of $115,000–$120,000 - Health Insurance - 2 weeks PTO - 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step in your clinical career with a remote role designed for steady, professional client care.
