Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide consistent, video-based therapeutic support to residents of North Carolina. You will work with a dedicated caseload, applying a clear framework for clinical assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care.
What You'll Do
- Perform clinical assessments and risk screenings via telehealth
- Provide weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions
- Collaborate with clients on personalized treatment plans
- Maintain up-to-date notes and documentation in the EMR
- Join remote team meetings and peer consultations
- Coordinate with other providers when clinically indicated
What We're Looking For
- Current LCSW license in good standing in North Carolina
- Experience conducting clinical assessments and risk screenings
- Proven ability to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
- Strong proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for therapy and documentation
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

This is a local position based in Cary, NC. The role involves video-based therapy sessions and remote team collaboration.
