Next Job Abroad is hiring a German Speaking Content Moderator to ensure user-generated content meets community guidelines and standards, creating a safer online experience. In this central role, you will review, evaluate, and moderate content, identify violations, and document actions.
What You'll Do
- Review, evaluate, and moderate an array of user-generated content for compliance with guidelines.
- Identify inappropriate content and address violations promptly.
- Document moderation actions and contribute to reporting and analysis.
- Work collaboratively within a team to enhance moderation workflows.
- Stay informed about updates to content moderation standards and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and a solid command of English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction and community building.
- Willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment and embrace evolving guidelines.
- Must be open to relocating to Malta and integrating into a collaborative team culture.
Nice to Have
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in content moderation or a related field is advantageous, yet not essential.
