Responsibilities
- Assess mental health conditions, formulate diagnoses, and develop and execute individualized treatment plans with consistent progress documentation, including updates to diagnoses, treatment reviews, and session notes as per organizational policies.
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic care and work collaboratively within a motivated clinical team to address unmet mental health needs in the community.
- Apply innovative therapeutic strategies to support clients in meeting and surpassing their treatment goals.
- Produce and submit detailed session records in compliance with company protocols and documentation standards.
- Maintain a minimum of 32 weekly patient-facing hours to qualify for full-time status.
- Collaborate with external providers, family members, employers, medical professionals, internal staff, and educators to coordinate comprehensive client care.
- Attend and actively engage in all required clinical team meetings and professional development trainings.
