Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Tampa, FL Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients through a secure telehealth platform. In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, assess their needs, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing support as they work through mental health, emotional, and life challenges. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform Complete clinical assessments and gather relevant client history Develop treatment plans based on client needs, symptoms, and goals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when needed Use evidence-based therapy approaches appropriate to the client’s concerns Follow HIPAA, ethical, and professional documentation standards Identify safety concerns and follow proper crisis response procedures
