Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Jacksonville, FL Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time remote behavioral health position. This role centers on providing therapy to clients through telehealth, helping them work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns in a structured clinical setting. You will be responsible for managing client sessions, completing documentation, and creating care plans that reflect each client’s needs. The role requires strong clinical judgment, dependable follow-through, and the ability to build trust through virtual care. Responsibilities Provide remote therapy to assigned clients Complete psychosocial assessments and intake documentation Develop client-centered treatment plans Deliver therapy using evidence-based interventions Maintain up-to-date clinical notes and records Track client progress and revise goals when appropriate Follow telehealth, privacy, and compliance standards Recognize and respond to client safety concerns Participate in care coordination when needed
