Responsibilities
- Assess client strengths, risks, barriers, and support systems
- Use sound clinical judgment when referrals or additional support may be needed
- Provide remote clinical therapy to clients in Louisiana
- Use clinical social work skills to connect emotional needs with practical next steps
Requirements
- Active Louisiana LCSW license in good standing
- Master of Social Work degree from an accredited program
- Clinical experience providing therapy, behavioral health support, or outpatient mental health services
- Comfort using telehealth tools, electronic documentation systems, and remote client communication
- Strong assessment skills, ethical judgment, and ability to manage a full-time caseload
