Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally in all client-facing documentation
- Create a safe virtual space for clients to process, reflect, and plan next steps
- Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Use evidence-informed counseling approaches that match the client's goals
Requirements
- Active Maine LCPC license in good standing
- Confidence using telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and remote communication tools
- Strong clinical judgment, organized documentation habits, and a private workspace for sessions
- Ability to build rapport through video sessions and maintain a consistent full-time schedule
- Comfort supporting adult clients with a range of behavioral health concerns
