Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our telehealth practice. This role combines direct client care with clinical oversight, focusing on delivering structured, evidence-based counseling while supporting associate counselors in their professional development and licensure journey.
What You'll Do
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions via telehealth
- Guide associate counselors through case consultation and supervision
- Review treatment plans and progress notes for quality and compliance
- Ensure all services align with Maryland counseling regulations
- Participate in clinical quality reviews
What We're Looking For
- Active Maryland LCPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related clinical field
- Experience mentoring or supervising counselors
- Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based counseling models
- Comfort and proficiency working in a fully remote role
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual compensation of $115,000 – $120,000
