Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist (LCMFT) to deliver relational therapy through our fully remote platform. You will help clients navigate communication challenges, family dynamics, and emotional health using structured, systems-based therapeutic approaches.
What You'll Do
- Conduct telehealth sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Apply relational and systems-based therapeutic interventions
- Develop and manage treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Track client progress across multiple sessions
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
What We're Looking For
- Active Maryland LCMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy
- Experience providing therapy in an outpatient or virtual setting
- Strong understanding of relational and family systems treatment models
- Dependable time-management and organizational skills
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
- 2 weeks PTO

Work Mode
This is a fully remote telehealth position. Candidates must be located and licensed to practice within the state of Maryland.
